POL‑CAT jako organizacja wyrastająca z logiki Kosmicznego Pola Energetycznego nie jest zwykłą firmą, ale narzędziem rozwoju pojedynczych ludzi i całych społeczności. Jej celem nie jest zysk, lecz oszczędne i sprawiedliwe zarządzanie energią ludzką, materialną i informacyjną. W świecie o zerowym bilansie energii prawdziwą „wartością dodaną” może być tylko lepsza organizacja współistnienia, mniejsze marnotrawstwo oraz większa szansa dla każdego człowieka, aby rozwinąć swoje talenty. POL‑CAT staje się więc rodzajem społecznej infrastruktury, która umożliwia ludziom nie tylko przeżyć, ale i wzrastać – intelektualnie, moralnie i duchowo.
