How to restore peace to Central Europe?

I am certain that the creation of the Kingdom of Poland according to my idea will prevent global war and contribute to a peaceful era in relations between the East and the West. An agreement between the powers is needed to allow Poland to build a new internal order based on innovative methods developed on the basis of my life experiences and acquired knowledge about the world. A neutral Kingdom of Poland located in a strategic zone between the West and the East and implementing my humanistic initiatives will certainly be a successful experiment showing humanity an effective economic and peaceful path into the future. I am certain that the qualifications and scientific achievements acquired in my life will help me find help in the world from ethical partners interested in a successful Polish socio-economic and political experiment. It seems to me that I have already said everything to explain my position on the most important issues concerning humanity and the future Polish contribution to humanistic progress in the world. All that remains for me is to wait for the verdicts of Providence.

Jestem pewien, że powstanie Królestwa Polskiego według mego pomysłu zapobiegnie globalnej wojnie i przyczyni się do pokojowej ery w stosunkach pomiędzy Wschodem a Zachodem. Trzeba porozumienia mocarstw aby pozwolić Polsce zbudować nowy wewnętrzny ład polegający na nowatorskich metodach opracowanych na bazie moich doświadczeń życiowych i zdobytej wiedzy o świecie. Neutralne Królestwo Polskie leżące w strategicznej strefie pomiędzy Zachodem a Wschodem i realizujace moje humanistyczne inicjatywy będzie z pewnością udanym eksperymentem wskazujacym ludzkości skuteczną gospodarczo i pokojową drogę w przyszłość. Jestem pewien, że zdobyte w moim życiu kwalifikacje i dorobek naukowy pomogą mi znaleźć w świecie pomoc etycznych partnerów zainteresowanych udanym polskim eksperymentem społeczno-gospodarczym i politycznym. Wydaje mi się, że powiedziałem już wszystko aby wyjaśnić moje stanowisko w najważniejszych sprawach dotyczacych ludzkości i przyszłego polskiego wkładu w humanistyczny postęp na świecie. Pozostaje mi tylko czekać na wyroki Opatrzności.

A Brief History of the Modern and Contemporary World
In the Middle Ages, Europe had favorable climatic conditions, which led to a huge increase in the European population. The feudal states of Europe sought ways of economic expansion into the world and financed adventurers seeking routes to the new world in order to demographically relieve their countries. Geographical discoveries allowed the exploitation of the new world to begin and the expansion of the European population to other continents began.
In a short time, South and North America were conquered and colonies were acquired on other continents. The Little Ice Age, which began in the 17th century, caused a deterioration in climatic conditions in Europe, the decline of agriculture and the rise in food prices. First the English Revolution broke out, then the French Revolution, and crowds of Europeans sought better living conditions on other continents. With the fall of the European feudal states, the large agricultural feudal latifundia were fragmented because the peasants were emancipated and the era of capitalism took hold. The outflow of European labor to other continents and the increasing mechanization of European agriculture, along with the improvement of climatic conditions in Europe since the French Revolution, caused the re-establishment of large capitalist farms promoted by the constant fall in food prices. In North America, the Spanish, English and French colonies were transformed into independent states of Mexico, the USA and Canada. Economic growth continued throughout the world, but from 1860 on, economic decline began in countries around the world, which resulted in the civil war in the USA, the Mexican Revolution, the revolution in China, the struggle with the English in India, and the Russian Revolution. Chaos and revolutions were caused by regional climate changes occurring all over the globe. The era of chaos caused two world wars in Europe from which the war powers of the USA and Russia emerged. The world was divided into two camps under the domination of the USA and Russia. The US pursued an active policy in Asia, which caused economic reforms in many Asian countries, which stopped Russia’s expansion. During the economic growth, the Asian population grew enormously. China benefited from the US policy, which, in cooperation with the West, recorded significant economic growth and became an economic power. After World War II, the depopulation of Western countries continued and the economic crisis began.
However, the awareness of the approaching regional climate crisis forced Russia and China to cooperate in order to break the economic hegemony of the West and open migration routes for Asians to Western Europe. Russia’s war with Ukraine is the prologue to the struggle for the unpopulated fertile European plains, which could be a salvation for hundreds of millions of Asians who are threatened with hunger due to the approaching regional climate crisis. The peak of this crisis will fall in the years 2030-2060. The East faced a choice: either a mass migration of Asians to Western Europe or revolutions in Russia, China, India and other Asian countries. The current global political situation is the result of the deadlock of economic powers that are mutually holding each other in check by using nuclear weapons, scaring their opponents. The continuation of this situation could end in a global conflict with catastrophic consequences. Both the East and the West need each other to find a way out of this difficult stalemate. Krótka historia świata nowożytnego i współczesnego
W średniowieczu w Europie panowały korzystne warunki klimatyczne w związku z czym ogromnie wzrosła populacja europejska. Feudalne państwa Europy szukały dróg ekspansji gospodarczej na świat i finansowały śmiałków poszukujących dróg do nowego świata aby rozładować demograficznie swoje kraje. Odkrycia geograficzne pozwoliły na rozpoczęcie eksploatacji nowego świata i zaczęła się ekspansja populacji europejskiej na inne kontynenty.
W krótkim czasie podbito Amerykę Południową i Północną oraz zdobyto kolonie na innych kontynentach. Mała Epoka Lodowa, która rozpoczęła się w XVII wieku spowodowała pogorszenie
warunków klimatycznych w Europie, upadek rolnictwa i drożyznę żywności. Najpierw wybuchła rewolucja angielska, potem francuska a rzesze Europejczyków poszukiwały lepszych warunków życia na innych kontynentach. Wraz z upadkiem europejskich państw feudalnych wielkie rolnicze latyfundia feudalne zostały rozdrobnione bo doszło do uwłaszczenia chłopów i zapanowała era kapitalizmu. Odpływ europejskiej siły roboczej na inne kontynenty i postępująca mechanizacja rolnictwa europejskiego wraz z polepszaniem się od Rewolucji Francuskiej warunków klimatycznych w Europie spowodowały ponowne tworzenie się wielkich kapitalistycznych gospodarstw rolnych promowanych przez nieustanny spadek cen żywności.
W Ameryce Północnej kolonie hiszpańskie, angielskie i francuskie zamieniły się w niepodległe państwa Meksyku, USA i Kanady. Trwał wzrost gospodarczy na całym świecie ale od 1860 roku zaczął się upadek gospodarczy krajów na całym świecie, który zaowocował wojną domową w USA ,rewolucją meksykańską, rewolucją w Chinach, walką z Anglikami w Indiach, oraz rewolucją rosyjską. Chaos i rewolucje były spowodowane regionalnymi zmianami klimatycznymi zachodzącymi na całym globie. Epoka chaosu spowodowała w Europie dwie wojny światowe z których wyłoniły się potęgi wojenne USA i Rosji. Świat podzielił się na dwa obozy pod dominacją amerykańską i rosyjską. USA prowadziły aktywną politykę w Azji, która spowodowała reformy gospodarcze w wielu azjatyckich krajach co wstrzymało ekspansję Rosji. W czasach wzrostu gospodarczego ogromnie przyrosła populacja azjatycka. Na polityce USA skorzystały Chiny, które we współpracy z Zachodem odnotowały znaczący wzrost gospodarczy i stały się potęgą gospodarczą. Po II wojnie światowej trwała depopulacja krajów Zachodu i zaczął się kryzys gospodarczy.
Jednakże świadomość nadciagającego kolejnego regionalnego kryzysu klimatycznego zmusił Rosję i Chiny do współdziałania w celu przełamania hegemonii gospodarczej Zachodu i otwarcia dróg migracji dla Azjatów do zachodniej Europy. Wojna Rosji z Ukrainą to prolog walki o niezaludnione żyzne europejskie równiny, które mogą być ratunkiem dla setek milionów Azjatów, którym zagraża głód w związku z nadciągającym regionalnym kryzysem klimatycznym, Szczyt tego kryzysu przypadnie na lata 2030-2060. Wschód stanął przed wyborem: albo masowa migracja Azjatów na zachód Europy albo rewolucje w Rosji, Chinach i Indiach oraz innych azjatyckich krajach.
Obecna globalna sytuacja polityczna jest wynikiem klinczu potęg gospodarczych, które wzajemnie szachują się użyciem broni atomowej strasząc swoich przeciwników. Trwanie tej sytuacji może zakończyć się globalnym konfliktem o katastrofalnych skutkach. I Wschód I Zachód potrzebują się wzajemnie, żeby znaleźć wyjście z tej trudnej patowej sytuacji. Potrzebna jest mediacja, którą ją oferuję dzięki moje wiedzy zdobytej w ciągu 68 lat życia i nauki.

Socio-economic system of the new Kingdom of Poland
The future Kingdom of Poland will be centrally managed by scientists and businessmen, not politicians.
Full freedom of production of goods and services will be ensured, but their distribution will be in the hands of POL-CAT. Citizens will receive a commission for effective work, and the task of businessmen will be to create jobs, not to create profit.
The new Polish economic system will be managed by a non-profit enterprise POL-CAT joint-stock company grouping the best scientists and businessmen (half women and half men) ensuring full freedom in production and monopolizing trade and services. The POL-CAT monopoly in trade and services will eliminate corruption and improve the logistics of producers, and will also facilitate the export of Polish products and services. Bank capital will be directed not to where the greatest profits are, but to where the greatest social needs are. A modern feudal system will prevail in agriculture, powered by small farmers from Asia and Africa, and trade in agricultural products will be organized by self-governing cooperatives of religious and non-denominational communities, in which all taxes and social and health insurance contributions will be collected. Half of the taxes would remain in the local religious or secular community, and the other half would be at the disposal of POL-CAT.
Knowledge verified by POL-CAT will be made available free of charge to universities and schools, and teaching will be free in primary schools and paid in higher education. Those studying will receive repayable scholarships funded by cooperatives of religious and non-denominational communities. The law enforcement system will be based on the principle of full responsibility of religious and non-religious communities for crimes committed on their territory. An effective police force and local courts will certainly be established there. The defense of Poland will be organized by local communities organizing a local army. The social system of Poland will be based on the principle of achieving goals at the lowest energy cost.

Nowy polski system gospodarczy będzie kierowany przez działające bez zysku przedsiębiorstwo POL-CAT joint-stock company grupujące najlepszych naukowców i biznesmenów ( po połowie kobiet i mężczyzn) zapewniające pełną wolność w produkcji i monopolizujące handel i usługi. Monopol POL-CAT w handlu i usługach wyeliminuje korupcję i poprawi logistykę producentów, a także ułatwi export polskich produktów i usług. Kapitał banków będzie kierowany nie tam gdzie największe zyski tylko tam gdzie będą największe społeczne potrzeby. W rolnictwie zapanuje nowoczesny system feudalny zasilany drobnymi farmerami z Azji i Afryki, a obrót produktami rolnymi zorganizują samorządne spółdzielnie społeczności religijnych i bezwyznaniowych w których będą pobierane wszelkie podatki i składki na ubezpieczenie społeczne i zdrowotne. Połowa podatków pozostawała by w lokalnej społeczności religijnej bądź laickiej, a druga połowa byłaby w dyspozycji POL-CAT. Zweryfikowana przez POL-CAT wiedza będzie udostępniana bezpłatnie uczelniom i szkołom, a nauczanie będzie bezpłatne w szkołach podstawowych i płatne w szkołach wyższego stopnia. Kształcący się uzyskają stypendia zwrotne fundowane przez spółdzielnie społeczności religijnych i bezwyznaniowych. System przestrzegania prawa będzie oparty na zasadzie pełnej odpowiedzialności społeczności religijnych i bezwyznaniowych za przestępstwa popełnione na ich terenie. Powstania tam z pewnością skuteczna policja i sądy lokalne. Obrona Polski będzie zorganizowana przez lokalne społeczności organizujące pospolite ruszenie. System społeczny Polski będzie oparty o zasadę osiągania celów najmniejszym kosztem energetycznym.
