My arguments are based
on many years of study and Wojciech Mikołuszko article entitled Family of Man,
which is stated in National Geographic Poland 4 (175), in April 2014, as well
as using the article entitled Anthropogenesis in Wikipedia.
The development of the
hominid evolutionary Hominidae
During the evolution
of the environment of our planet continued evolution of biological life. The
cluster of mammals appeared in the evolutionary chain of about 200 million
years ago, in the Jurassic period, which was characterized by a globally warm
climate. From the Cretaceous, about 165 million years ago, the climate began to
chill globally. This continues to the present day, then grows gradually. Around
1.8 million years ago in the northern hemisphere appeared glaciers.
Periods of rising ice
sheets usually lasting about 100 thousands of years and were parted warm
periods lasting about 10 thousand years when temperatures on Earth were similar
to those present. In periods of glaciation occurred shorter cold episodes
-stadials and phase movement of the glacier, as well as interstadials and
interphase periods of warming, which says Quaternary geology. Fluctuations in
the Earth’s climate can be divided into even shorter sections.
The cluster of mammals
evolved successfully increasing their numbers from the Jurassic period, among
other things thanks to the constant body temperature, which allowed settle and
control almost all of the Earth’s environment. Climate change on Earth is
characterized mainly by the temperature of air and surface seawater and the
amount of precipitation.
Earth’s climate
changes globally and regionally with the movements of the earth’s coating (see
Góralski 2019). Along with the movements of the earth’s coating (which changes
its position relative to the ecliptic plane), climate zones that are motionless
relative to the ecliptic plane move above the earth’s surface. The greater the
movement of the earth’s coating at a given time, the lower were the
temperatures of ocean waters. The regional shift of precipitation zones on the
Earth causing movement of vegetation zones towards the equator (when the
climate cools down) or towards the Arctic or Antarctic zones during global
warming. The movement of plant zones, that also changing its location in
direction east-west, had followed by the movement of the animals that feed mainly
on plants.
Walking warm-blooded
mammals and their simultaneous evolution resulted from the early Oligocene
35-31 million years ago, the emergence of primates apes Hominoidea, which
describes the development of pt. Antropogeneza article in Wikipedia. The
evolutionary mechanism by which appeared in the evolutionary line of hominids
Hominidae -hominids, was probably based on the constant migration to the rhythm
of climate change, the groups of hominids around the globe. I describe below.
The answer to the question
of how to change the climate (and humanoids with it) will bring stratigraphy of
Cretaceous, Tertiary, Quaternary showing the evolution of the environment of
our planet, and the result of the consequences of successive waves of warming
and cooling climate, which we read, when in Africa emerged conditions (violent
warming and drying climate) forcing the biosphere wandering north-south
direction.
Walking north and

results in a reduction in food intake and causes stress, forcing the trek for
food) looking for food caused genetic changes (standing upright in a

Cool climate resulted
in higher latitudes worse living conditions which encouraged to journey south.

increase in the size of the braincase. Hominid populations remain in place
mutated genetically very slow and probably dying, and those traveling mutate
very quickly which resulted at the end of the formation of a separate genetic
line of hominids.
Walking north-south
direction also favored the production of the cultural envelope (to facilitate
survival) – language to facilitate communication of new information on the
environment and ethics cementing the group which allowed the survival of the
subject in a new environment interglacial and glacial Eurasian continent and
Africa.
When and how hominids
straightened up and stood on two legs?
The upright position
is more ergonomic during long hikes on well-watered grassy steppe zones and
provides better visibility in high grass steppes and tundra, and there was no
shortage of such wandering of humid climatic zones of Eurasia and Africa. It
facilitates visual communication wandering groups, searches or hunt for food
and defense against predators. Hiking on the north-south (in periods of warming
or cooling climate) groups of hominids favored adopting an upright position and
resulted in genetic mutations to facilitate adaptation to the new living
environment with high prairie grasses – consolidation of genetically upright
posture.
Why in the
evolutionary line of hominids expanded brain?
The organ of vision
provides us with a vast amount of information about the surrounding
environment. When wandering on the north-south group of hominids encounters a
new environment, there is new visual information. Nowadays people say that
travel broadens. In this new environment, often survive those individuals who
are better able to process and use information, have better-developed brains.
Mutations with larger brains survive and have offspring that provide rewarding
these features in the population and the development of the capacity of the
skull in subsequent generations of hominids.
The wandering group
communication is needed for defense against predators and foraging. The more
efficient the brain provides more frequently the survival of the subject. The
size of the brain and intellect features that facilitate survival in the group,
promote genetic mutations developing brains of hominids. Develops cultural
sheath, and in the technology of survival wandering group, which favors the
evolution of individuals endowed with better-developed brains that can actively
use this sheath to facilitate survival.
What were the origins
of the language of hominids?
The solution to this
puzzle includes a previous explanation. Changing environment (in traveling on a
north-south in search of food group of hominids) forces to facilitate the
survival behavior of a group protecting the individual. New environmental
stimuli imply the development of communication facilitates the exchange of
information about the new environment in which you live. There are new situations
and new concepts that you need to express to allow the survival of the group
and the individual. Mutations genotype better communicate frequently behave
life and produce offspring, which favors the development of evolutionary
characteristics of the brain (to facilitate communication and language
development within a traveling group of hominids).
What enforced
migration of the population hominids and humans?
The cooling gradually
from the Cretaceous Earth’s climate fluctuated. Climate oscillations and their
amplitude gradually increased to simulate the changes in the vegetation of our
planet. Another warming brought its drying and the deterioration of the living
environment in the vicinity of the equator and tropics, and improve the
conditions of biological life (warmer and more rain) at higher latitudes.
Subsequent warming, cool climate, characterized by an increase in rainfall in
the regions between the tropics, caused the appearance of better conditions for
biological life in the regions closer to the equator.
Regional climate
change forced changes warmth of the oceans caused climate change is also in the
East-West direction. All this resulted in cyclical changes in the distribution
of vegetation zones on the globe and followed the movements of these zones was
moving animals have fed them. Moved at times, especially during the Quaternary,
a group of hominids that are subject to evolution during subsequent migrations
after changing the rhythm of climate change the globe.
What caused the
dominance of homo sapiens over the Neanderthals?
In my opinion
populations of Homo sapiens, were more numerous than the populations of
Neanderthals and their properties predominate in the human population. However,
as a result of mixing the two evolutionary lines occurred fixation and storage
characteristics of Neanderthals in the modern human population. This is evident
in the varieties of the culture of our civilization differentiated on the male
culture of Neanderthals and homo sapiens female culture.

below, predicts the appearance of the new leader in the world in the nearest
future, who understands the principles
of the historical process and intelligently will guides humanity realizing her
dreams and desires.

The dispute between idealists and materialists
about the shape of the world is neutralized by my theory, which is confirmed by
facts found by many independent scientists.
The satisfactory materialistic doctrine would
have to describe just the sequence of events occurring in the matter and
producing a specific immaterial idea (Mises 2011: 57).
The sequence of material events described below
results in the emergence of further ideas affecting the material world and
creating material effects in the world:
Mechanism of outbreaks of wars and revolutions
Outbreaks of social conflicts and the creation
of new ideological ethical systems cause the following natural and material
cycle:
The sun affects its planets gravitative and
magnetically. Gravity forces attract planets to the Sun, and magnetism changes
its intensity to the rhythm of the Sun’s pulsation, which occurs when the
position of the solar system’s mass center changes. Changes in the position of the
solar system’s mass center – SS occur according to the position of the planets
around the sun. The Earth’s core, moving in the fluid interior of the Earth,
changes its position inside the planet, which changes its moment of inertia
causing changes in the speed of rotation of the Earth. At the same time, the
Earth coating rotates around the inner nucleus above the liquid outer nucleus
under the influence of gravity. This is evidenced by age movements of the
Earth’s climate zones, changes in the location of magnetic poles and changes in
LOD – the length of Earth’s day. This causes deformation of the earth’s crust
causing stress in it resulting in earthquakes. Changes in the magnetism of the
Sun and variable gravity within the solar system, therefore, cause variations
in the Earth’s rotation speed (LOD) (length of day) and parallel climate change on Earth according to the
mechanism described below:
1. Displacement of the Earth’s shell relative
to the ecliptic plane and change in the location of the climate zones of the
northern hemisphere, change in the moment of inertia of the planet and
reduction of rotation speed, deformations extending the earth’s globe along the
axis, increase in stress in the earth’s crust, increase in the number of
earthquakes, increasing upwelling (due to inertia of ocean waters responding to
changes in the globe’s rotation speed), increasing biological ocean production
and increased release of cloud-forming sulfate aerosols in the oceans,
increased cloudiness over the oceans, cooling and increased humidity of the
climate, increased agricultural efficiency in the equatorial regions and
cheaper food (in the North of the Northern Hemisphere a decrease in
agricultural efficiency) rapid population growth and masculinization in the
equatorial regions, and in the northern hemisphere overpopulation as well as
the economic and social crisis.
2. The return movement of the earth’s shell
around the nucleus to the position of greater solar exposure of the North of
the Northern Hemisphere, return of the climate zones relative to the ecliptic,
change of the planet’s inertia moment and increase of rotation speed,
deformations that extending the globe along the equator, reduction of stress in
the earth’s crust, decrease in the number of earthquakes, decrease ocean
upwelling forced by inertial water masses, decreased biological production in
the oceans and decrease release of clouds-forming aerosols in oceans, reduction
of cloudiness over the oceans, climate warming and drying, decrease in
agricultural efficiency in the equatorial regions and production of food
reduction (increase in agricultural efficiency in the North of the Northern
Hemisphere) affect overcrowding of equatorial regions, and in the North of the
Northern Hemisphere, abrupt population growth and it’s masculinization.
3. Regional reduction of satisfaction of the
basic needs of the population resulting from the regional deterioration of the
climate and causing frustration to society, the growing aggression of the
starving masses aimed at satisfying the basic needs, the creation of
revolutionary elites, the aggression moved onto the old elites, the need for a
leader able to direct the revolution and the technology of survival necessary
to break the ongoing crisis, the need to formulate a new ethical and
ideological system uniting people around the technology of surviving the
crisis, redistribution of the goods of the old elites to the masses of the
poor, the exhaustion the possibilities of revolution in improving the fate of
the masses, overpopulation still taking its toll and new elites are looking for
a rescue plan for impoverished masses.
4. Migration as a result of ongoing overpopulation or war aggression to neighboring areas, treated as a way out of difficult economic and food situation, causes decrease population density (war losses + territorial gains eliminate the aggression of the male part of the population) and calming the mood of the population.

The gravitational, seismic, climatic and social
cycle presented in Fig.1 characterizes the stages of development of our
civilization over the centuries. All great leaders and their ethical systems
appeared in a similar phase of the material cycle (Asian ethics appeared in the
reverse phase, which is explainable and consistent with my theory, as a result
of climate zones inversion between the West and East of Eurasia), which was the
result of subsequent climate crises defined by cyclical changes solar system
geometry.
Each cycle had a similar scenario of natural and
social events and a similar ethical and ideological system each time expanding
the social base of the revolution. The crisis of the material world, which
began to grow, in accordance with the logic of history in the 21st century,
will also create the new, universal ethical system – new ideas that will
probably embrace the entire global community.
IV. Classless society or restitution of the
nobility?
Karl Marx’s dream was a classless society.
Let’s think is it possible?
In the revolutions of the period of the end of
feudalism in Europe, the monarchy was questioned, and with it the leading role
of nobility and aristocrats who ruled arable land. Natural and economic
processes caused the collapse of the feudal state and hereditary nobility. And
yet for many centuries noblesse effectively led the nations. Like every elite,
however, it degenerated and did not meet the social expectations and challenges
of the coming times.
Freedom, equality, and brotherhood, as well as equal rights to wealth, were the ideals for the middle class and plebeians who came to the fore. Feudal states and the notion of nobility were abolished in many countries. No longer a privileged birth decided about belonging to the elite. Personal striving and competition have become decisive for social status. With the revolutionary attributes of freedom, equality, and brotherhood being granted to society, its differentiation in the struggle for a better existence began and social stratification again arose. Therefore, the thought grew to socialize the means of production, which possession supposedly creates social stratification. This was to create an ideal society that jointly cares for existence and is devoid of classes. Communism or state capitalism arose. In this new society, however, party elites and a class of workers formed. The conflict of these social forces in 80. XX century ended the dreams of a classless society. In communism, there were no mechanisms promoting non-party elites. Social advancement was only possible within the party and this created ordinary people with a sense of alienation from the social and political system. The opposition was forming.
The ideas of liberalism and competitive capitalism have created the current ideal of a man who makes money and that is the goal of his life. The value of accumulated assets determines to belong to the strata of the elite. Meanwhile, we affirm that life is richer than liberal ideas say and it differentiates society more than property stratification.
The clergy pledges poverty, scientists devote
themselves to science, mothers devote themselves to children, the military
devotes themselves to the defense of peace, teachers work in schools for little
money. For many people, the financial factor is not decisive in choosing a
profession, money is not the most important thing. In every profession,
however, elites are formed. What then causes differentiation of society and the
formation of various elites?
In my opinion, the thing that really differs
people is the desire for perfection. It is present in people to varying degrees
and causes a divergent approach to life. In my opinion, this desire can be
developed in people.
Perfectionists enjoying their work achieve success in every profession and are an example to follow. The people that are neglectful are unrealized and dissatisfied with their occupation and life. Why they are neglectful?
I think that the demoralizing social system is guilty of paying attention only to money and profit. A society that supports perfectionists is mobile, thriving and successful, and society that supports bad quality of work degrades. Examples are Japan, South Korea, Germany and many other countries where the focus was on the development of personal perfectionism serving the society. It must be admitted, however, that these societies were motivated to develop – a very difficult initial economic situation after the war, which was a strong stimulus for development. In these societies, there was also a socio-economic system supporting diligence and ethics. In each profession, professional elites were created that perfectly used the ideals of freedom, equality, and brotherhood in post-feudal societies. In them were the leading people setting the requirements for the less perfect people. Each of these leaders was proud of their social position resulting from the professional predisposition and effectiveness in work used in a career in the professional hierarchy. And after that followed respect and social recognition.
For the societies of the 21st century, it is
important to note the leading role of perfectionists of each profession in
creating the civilization progress of humanity. These professional
perfectionists create a new nobility that leads humanity to future success.
Creating social mechanisms enabling the emergence of this new nobility is a pressing
necessity. Every man has some predispositions and talents. Discovering and
using them for the good of society is our goal. Everyone should be provided
with a place in society corresponding to his talents and interests. A society
that provides vertical social mobility to the elites of every profession will
be the longed-for ideal that prompts people to achieve professional and life
excellence. This new society that provides everyone with the opportunity to use
their predispositions to achieve social and professional ennoblement will be
the longed-for society in which only the elites will exist – perfect and
realized people, or people who follow perfection. It will be a classless
society.
The old nobility educated from warriors became
in the long historical process landowners perfectly organizing the work of the
farming people. They have always been a fraction of a percent of society, and
through perfection gained in the long evolutionary process, they managed
successfully large feudal societies. These people were deprived of their social
roles and were blamed for the crisis of the feudal countries. The crisis was
caused, as I prove below, due to rapid climate changes and huge increases in
food prices. It was not the fault of the feudal elites but the lack of
knowledge among revolutionary elites about inexorable natural and social
processes led to revolutionary paroxysms destroying the nobility.
A historical mechanism controlled by climate
change and climate crises leads to cyclical revolutions sweeping away the
elites. The new elite is always lacking in humility towards the historical
process and they create themselves on total criticism of their predecessors.
The old social elites were destroyed in such revolutions by stigmatizing their
achievements. Meanwhile, not everything was bad in the old hierarchical
society. We need to verify the feudal social system and discover its former
advantages. However, the feudal system did not ensure the ennoblement of the
majority amount the bourgeoisie or peasantry, and this sparked the protest of
the revolutionary elites.
It is time for contemporary elites to regain
and restore old feudal social elites and to rebuild their knowledge in the
governing of the agricultural societies. However, it is necessary to point out
to the old and new nobility the changed rules of inheritance of property and
the nobility. The mechanisms of inheritance must be changed voluntarily – let
only society inherit. Let all children acquire material and social position by
ourselves and our own work.
Agricultural feudal society in its modern version needs to be rebuilt today in Europe and the Americas because only this will protect us from the total civilization crisis that is coming. The current elites will be annihilated in future revolutions if they are unable to use modern knowledge to avoid the effects of the impending climate crisis and the resulting economic crisis.
The current elite must understand that only humbleness to the laws of the historical process will protect them from destruction in future revolutions. Only actions that ensure the uninterrupted continuity of human civilization will save us from the effects of the crisis. This continuity will be ensured if we restore the significance of the former feudal elites and use their knowledge to build a new global agricultural society. The agricultural system currently existing in the West is ineffective because after all, one billion three hundred million hungry people is in the world, and a few billion are threatened with hunger. The impending climate crisis – the shifting of climate zones, will cause a high price of food, which will result in universal chaos, revolutions, and wars. Only fear of the effects of wars and revolutions can provoke reform activities, and only they will save us from the impending crisis of modern civilization and the subsequent “dark ages”.

Modern man has evolved in the process of evolution by adapting to environmental changes, i.e. mainly climate change. Human history is a constant struggle with the environment. During the fight with the environment, two (or maybe three?) Genetic lines were created among people, including one with the predominance of Neanderthal traits (Let’s call it HSN), the other with modern humans HSS. The HSN genetic line is dominated by men’s culture and women are subordinate to the men. The HSS genetic line is dominated by women and men are subordinated to the women. Groups of people with HSN and HSS characteristics spread during the migration and are currently fighting for power in the world and this conflict is being marked in every corner of the globe. Among the HSN Group are Chinese supporters of Confucianism and Ashkenazi Jews, whose social tactics are a struggle for power and government over the people. The HSS Group is fighting for money to satisfy the whims of capricious women and their social tactics are the fighting for money. In this group are ie Chinese Taoists and Sephardic Jews. So there are two basic conflicts in the human world: Conflict of the environment – man Social conflict HSN – HSS
Environment-human conflict In Earth’s history, the climate changes regionally as the earth’s surface moves relative to the sun. Climatic zones dependent on solar radiation and precipitation are stable relative to the ecliptic plane on which the Earth moves around the sun. The surface of the earth changes its position relative to the ecliptic plane with the movement of the Earth’s coating (see Góralski B. 2019) and then there is the apparent movement of climate zones, in which people experience through drought or excessive rainfall, changes of the seasons of the largest precipitation, cold or heat.
The HSN-HSS conflict As a result of this conflict and the resulting migration, the situation in the world was as follows: In Europe and Asia mainly HSN dominates, In the USA, England, Australia, Taiwan, HSS dominates. Political and economic systems in these regions were shaped in accordance with the social tactics of both human genetic lines, namely: The free-market capitalist system in the HSS sphere of influence The centralized system planned in the HSN sphere of influence Also, for example in China and Russia, mixed economic systems arose as a result of social crises, but the HSN group maintained its political power. The geographic influence of HSN in Europe and Asia is due to the historical domination of HSN on this continent where, due to larger brains, they formed groups that rule over the rest of society. The geographic influences of HSS result from their migration to North America, Australia, Taiwan after the English, French, Russian and Chinese revolutions (Góralski B.2013). Revolutions against the Romans in ancient Israel resulting from the dryness in climate 2000 years ago caused the migration of Jews to the whole world. Because they abandoned the land and its cultivation during the diaspora, they had to make a living from non-agricultural professions – services for the surrounding population, be it craft, merchant or banking. The riches gained by Jews thanks to the diligence and good organization of communal life caused their constant persecution (during subsequent climate crises that worsening the living conditions of their host communities). The struggle for survival favored intense tribal coherence, the tribal ethics that led them to social heights in Europe and the Americas – Jews became the banking and business elite of these lands. As both conflicts mentioned above in points 1 and 2 will deepen in the near future due to the coming global climate crisis, further adaptation to the natural and social environment is needed. Because the coming climate crisis will cover the whole globe, global adaptation changes are needed, i.e. those that I intend to describe in my new book entitled How to feed up the world? How to Return to feudalism without inheritance? I need half a year to write this book.

Wstęp.
Człowiek współczesny ukształtował się w procesie ewolucji przystosowując się do zmian środowiska czyli głównie zmian klimatu. Historia człowieka to ciągła walka ze środowiskiem. W trakcie walki ze środowiskiem powstały dwie (a może trzy?) linie genetyczne wśród ludzi, w tym jedna z przewagą cech neandertalczyka (Nazwijmy ją HSN), druga człowieka współczesnego HSS. W linii genetycznej HSN dominuje kultura mężczyzn a kobiety są im podległe. W linii genetycznej HSS dominują kobiety a mężczyźni są podlegli. Grupy ludzi o cechach HSN i HSS rozprzestrzeniały się w trakcie migracji i obecnie walczą w świecie o władzę i konflikt ten zaznacza się w każdym zakątku globu. Grupa HSN to min. Chińscy zwolennicy konfucjanizmu i Żydzi aszkenazyjscy, których taktyka społeczna to walka o władzę i rządy nad ludem.
Grupa HSS walczy o pieniądze dla zaspokojenia zachcianek kapryśnych kobiet a ich taktyka społeczna to walka o pieniądze. W tej grupie są min. Chińscy taoiści i Żydzi sefardyjscy.
Tak więc w ludzkim świecie funkcjonują dwa podstawowe konflikty:
Konflikt środowisko – człowiek
Konflikt społeczny HSN – HSS
Konflikt środowisko- człowiek
W historii Ziemi klimat zmienia się regionalnie wraz z przemieszczaniem się powierzchni ziemi względem Słońca. Strefy klimatyczne zależne od promieniowania słonecznego i opadów atmosferycznych są stabilne względem płaszczyzny ekliptyki po której porusza się Ziemia wokół Słońca. Powierzchnia ziemi zmienia swoje położenie względem płaszczyzny ekliptyki wraz z ruchem powłoki Ziemi (patrz Góralski B. 2019) i następuje wtedy pozorny ruch stref klimatycznych, który ludzie odczuwają przez susze bądź nadmierne opady, zmiany pory największych opadów atmosferycznych, zimno albo ciepło.
Konflikt HSN-HSS
W wyniku tego konfliktu i wynikających z niego migracji sytuacja w świecie ukształtowała się następująco:
W Europie i Azji dominuje głownie HSN,
W USA, Anglii, Australii, Taiwanie dominuje HSS.
Systemy polityczno-gospodarcze w tych regionach ukształtowały się zgodnie z taktyką społeczną obu linii genetycznych człowieka czyli:
System kapitalistyczny wolnorynkowy w strefie wpływów HSS
System centralistyczny planowy w strefie wpływów HSN
Powstały też, np. w Chinach i Rosji, w wyniku kryzysów społecznych mieszane systemy gospodarcze ale grupa HSN utrzymała polityczną władzę.
Geograficzne wpływy HSN w Europie i Azji wynikają z historycznej dominacji HSN na tym kontynencie na którym z powodu większych mózgów utworzyły grupy sprawujące władzę nad resztą społeczeństwa.
Geograficzne wpływy HSS wynikają z ich migracji do Ameryki Północnej, Australii, Taiwanu po rewolucji angielskiej, francuskiej, rosyjskiej i chińskiej (Góralski B.2013).
Rewolucje przeciw Rzymianom w starożytnym Izraelu wynikające ze zmian klimatu na suchy 2000 lat temu spowodowały migrację Żydów na cały świat. Ponieważ porzucili oni ziemię i jej uprawę w trakcie trwania diaspory musieli utrzymywać się z zawodów nierolniczych- usług dla otaczającej ich ludności czy to rzemieślniczych, kupieckich czy bankowych. I know how to feed the world in the coming global climate and food crisis. I can write a book in which I will describe this, but I have no time for it because I have to earn a living. That is why the rivalry of communism and capitalism brought disaster to communism and caused civilizational collapse in post-communist countries. The method of social distinction in capitalism is the gathering of large private property. The owner of a large estate obtains numerous social privileges, including, for example, a beautiful spouse or spouse providing exciting sex. Unfortunately, it also gains a large group of willing to dishonestly take over this accumulated property. And I was in the past such an energetic businessman seeking to distinguishing myself in the society, but when I realized what it leads to and that they are already willing to take my company dishonestly, I stopped my business and devoted myself to learning to understand the world. general Helmuth Karl Bernhard Graf von Moltke (1800 – 1891) was a Prussian
general, the Chief of the General Staff (Großer Generalstab) of the Prussian
army and a great strategist. Immediately after his appointment, he underwent
reforms, including the training and promotion of officers. To this end, he
evaluated them according to two criteria: * the degree of intelligence (from
stupid to intelligent) and * attitude towards work (from lazy to hardworking).
Based on these criteria, four groups / types of officers resulted: * A: stupid
and lazy * B: smart and hard working * C: stupid and hardworking * D: smart and
lazy The officers in category A, stupid and lazy, gave them simple and
repetitive tasks. They could not advance in the military career. One day they
may come up with a good idea, but more importantly, they don’t cause problems.
Moltke considered that category B officers, intelligent and hard-working, were
obsessed with micromanagement (they are lost in the limelight) and are
therefore poor quality leaders. A promotion is possible, but not up to the
level of General Staff. These officers gave the certainty that the orders would
be fulfilled on time and in full detail. Officers in category C, stupid and
hard-working, were considered dangerous. Moltke said they should be under
constant surveillance, which is unacceptable in the military. Because they
could have created serious problems, difficult to solve, they were removed from
the army. Intelligent and lazy category D officers were the ones that Moltke
considered best suited for the highest command positions. These officers were
smart enough to know what to do, but also lazy enough to find the easiest and
easiest way to achieve the required goal. It is true that laziness alone is not

The negative effects of
excessive diligence by Bogdan Góralski
Excessive diligence
almost always brings bad results. I will explain it on two examples that I know
well.
Example I.
The History of Jews is a story of excessive
diligence of Jews forced on them by persecution. The Jewish diaspora lasts over
two thousand years and during this time Jews experienced persecution mainly
from Christians. Jewish communities often had to pay huge amounts of money to
their persecutors to avoid persecution. This resulted in the tightening of
Jewish law, which allowed for the killing of an inept business man with
impunity. This resulted in tremendous solidarity and diligence of Jewish men
fighting together for survival in a hostile Christian world. Soon, Jewish
communities had enormous wealth gained by hard-working and well-organized
Jewish men. The Jews mastered European, especially German, trade and industry.
Hitler’s rule was directed against Jewish business hegemony in Germany and
caused persecution and the Holocaust of the Jews. Excessive diligence and
Jewish foresight caused by persecution in the past was the cause of their
defeat in Europe in the 20th century. Could Jews have avoided this defeat ???
In my opinion they could.
Example II
After the fall of
communist rule, free market reforms began in Poland. The state enterprise where
I worked and had to find a new job collapsed. I worked in the USA for a year as
a construction worker and gained small capital. After returning to Poland, I
invested this capital in a company producing and selling simple construction
tools, which were generally lacking in Poland at the time. I managed the
company called POL-CAT with successes for 13 years and employed many employees.
I was forced to work hard because of my daughter’s illness. During my business,
I came into conflict with Jewish companies from Europe, Russia, the USA and
Poland, who wanted to take over my company and use it to conquer the Polish
market. The conflict ended in a court case in the 13th Commercial Court in
Warsaw, which has not been held for 18 years. If I won in court with my
opponents, I would probably get huge compensation for destroying my company.
My opponents wanted to
buy my business from me and now they want my children to take over my rights
(my wife and I divorced). So they have to kill me first to take over the rights
of my company.
So we see that my
excessive diligence has brought me a bad fate. Can I reverse it?

prawie zawsze przynosi złe skutki. Wyjaśnię to na dwóch przykładachi które
dobrze znam.
Przykład I.
Historia Żydów to opowieść o nadmiernej
pracowitości Żydów wymuszonej prześladowaniami. Diaspora żydowska trwa ponad
dwa tysiące lat i w tym czasie Żydzi doświadczyli prześladowań głównie ze
strony chrześcijan. Gminy żydowskie często
musiały płacić swoim prześladowcom ogromne haracze aby uniknąć
prześladowań. Spowodowało to zaostrzenie żydowskiego prawa, które zezwalało na
bezkarne zabicie nieudolnego biznesowo mężczyzny. Spowodowało to ogromną
solidarność i pracowitość żydowskich mężczyzn wspólnie walczących o przeżycie
we wrogim chrześcijańskim świecie. Wkrótce żydowskie gminy dysponowały
ogromnymi bogactwami zdobytymi przez pracowitych i dobrze zorganizowanych żydowskich
mężczyzn. Żydzi opanowali europejski, a szczególnie niemiecki, handel i
przemysł. Rządy Hitlera były skierowane przeciwko żydowskiej
biznesowej hegemonii w Niemczech i spowodowały prześladowania oraz Holokaust
Żydów. Nadmierna pracowitość i zapobiegliwość żydowska spowodowana
prześladowaniami w przeszłości była przyczyną ich klęski w Europie w XX wieku.
Czy Żydzi mogli tej klęski uniknąć??? Moim zdaniem mogli.
Przykład II.
Po upadku komunistycznych
rządów w Polsce zaczęły się reformy wolnorynkowe. Upadło przedsiębiorstwo
państwowe w którym pracowałem i musiałem znaleźć nową pracę. Pracowałem w USA
przez rok jako robotnik budowlany i zdobyłem mały kapitał. Po powrocie do
Polski kapitał ten zainwestowałem w przedsiębiorstwo produkujące i sprzedające
proste narzędzia budowlane, których powszechnie wtedy brakowało w Polsce. Firmę
o nazwie POL-CAT prowadziłem z samymi sukcesami przez 13 lat i zatrudniałem
wielu pracowników. Byłem zmuszony do nadmiernej pracowitości przez chorobę
córki. W trakcie działalności mojej firmy wpadłem w konflikt z żydowskimi
przedsiębiorstwami z Europy, Rosji, USA i Polski, które chciały przejąć moją
firmę i za jej pomocą opanować rynek polski. Konflikt zakończył się sprawą
sądową w XIII Sądzie Gospodarczym w Warszawie, która od 18 lat nie odbyła się
ani razu. Gdybym wygrał w sądzie z moimi przeciwnikami dostałbym prawdopodobnie
ogromne odszkodowanie za zniszczenie mojej firmy.
Moi przeciwnicy chcieli
odkupić moją firmę ode mnie a teraz chcą aby
prawa do schedy po mnie przejęły moje dzieci (z żoną mam rozwód). Trzeba
zatem mnie zgładzić by przejąć prawa mojej firmy.
Widzimy więc, że moja nadmierna pracowitość przyniosła mi
zły los. Czy mogę go odwrócić?

privileges of the elite in order to give them the motivation to work

After 16 years of research, I formulated the principles of the practical and peaceful evolution that will realize the ideals of Karl Marx. In Poland, there has existed a Solidarity movement (caused by ignorance of the social masses and elites), and Poland had begun retreating from a lousy realization of Marxism. A peaceful global evolution will start just in Poland, which will bring social and international peace thanks to successful Polish social and economic reforms. I would like to begin in Poland socio-economical experiment based on simple principles, which I mention below:

Explanation
Karol Marx’s ideology was a progressive synthesis of Jewish ethics, ie an attempt to implement Christ’s ethics into everyday life, about which the Catholic Church forgot, supporting the feudal world of violence and war. I think Karl Mark’s egalitarian ideas were an attempt to establish a new ethical order without the feudal and feudal Catholic Church. Materialism in Karl Mark’s thoughts was caused by the rejection of the resurrection of Christ. This virtual act created by former to us civilization was unacceptable to the rational mind of those times of the nineteenth century. The persecution of the Jews, which resulted from the ignorance of the feudal elite, caused the rejection of the idea of the existence of the supernatural world, and Marx formulated the ideas of materialism. Marx’s statement “Being shapes consciousness” was the justification of the negation of the existing social order of feudalism and the justification for the upcoming communist revolution that aroused hostility between the elites and the social masses. The Jewish consciousness has shaped centuries of cruel persecution, and that is why they turned against the nobility of their persecutors, destroying the old world. Marx’s thinking was based on an analysis of history that did not take into account the influence of the natural environment on the social life of people. The historical mechanism, persecution, migrations, wars, and revolutions shape cyclical changes in the Earth’s climate, as described in my book Natural History and Climate Change. It results from an analysis of systematic research on climate change, which only began at the end of the 7th century BC and continues to this day.
My book is based on contemporary research using satellite research, which allowed us to look again at the climate and history mechanism of our world and the principles of its existence.
My mind and my book are free of prejudice and create a new space for our civilization-space of freedom and peace. The company POL-CAT, which I intend to reactivate in Poland, will be such a public trust institution. Suppose you have an idea to start a business that meets social needs. POL-CAT will help you begin production or services by providing know-how and the necessary means of production and also will help you to sell a product or services in the POL-CAT sales network. POL-CAT will give the guarantee needed by the businessman in the contract with the bank. The remuneration to POL-CAT will be a 10% commission on the value of sales, half of which will be a salary to employees of POL-CAT, and the other half will finance the development of Polish science. Thus, POL-CAT will not generate any profit, and its market value will increase along with the sales volume achieved. POL-CAT will be the regulator of the domestic market because in the event of an economic crisis it will, in consultation with suppliers of goods and services, lower supply prices which will stimulate the economic life of the country. The sole equal shareholder owners of POL-CAT will be employees who will sell their share in the POL-CAT after the end of their job only to POL-CAT. In this way, POL-CAT will be a constantly independent, growing enterprise guided by the interest of ethical employees. The principles of operation of POL-CAT I present below:

So far, the trade base on the principle that a customer is looking for a product. I reverse this rule and will look for the customer for the item. The implications of this rule will cause huge bundles and will result in higher quality goods for the average customer. POL-CAT will reduce the price of selected goods on the market. I need excellent IT professionals to realize this idea revolution on the market.
Modern management at POL-CAT will consist of making full use of the talents and creativity of cooperating equal owners while ensuring the free emergence of natural leaders of employee teams. The development of the POL-CAT sales offer and services will require growing employment and creativity of equal (self-controlling) owners guided by their benefit, benefiting all POL-CAT shareholders.
POL-CAT S.A will find new channels to sell professional tools and power tools, and other professional products and services. And will operate them in Poland and abroad for which it will receive a commission from manufacturers and distributors sold goods depending on sales prices based on the principle:

The customer decides the details of purchase according to the created sales regulations in POL-CAT within the interval of the obtained discounts from the suppliers of goods and services,
3.Producer, distributor of products delivered to the commercial network operated by POL-CAT, will sign a notarized agreement on exclusivity POL-CAT in the created by POL-CAT sales network. The contract will specify the commission fee for POL-CAT for the services rendered to the manufacturers and distributors of the goods sold, depending on the sales prices of their goods,
4.POL-CAT reserves the right to make a trade offer including tools and power tools, the selection of tools and brands, and the right to negotiate price frames for the purchase of tools and power tools and their accessories and other products,
5.POL-CAT reserves the right to shape its sales network and offer it to it.
6.The delivery and insurance costs pay the supplier,
7.Payment for goods purchased by the recipient is transferred directly to the account of the manufacturer, distributor of products sold in the network POL-CAT,
8.Commission fee for POL-CAT for sale is made monthly on the bank account POL-CAT, after payment for the delivered goods from the customer,
9.All employees of POL-CAT are exclusive and equal shareholders of POL-CAT and may resell their shares exclusively to POL-CAT. The value of employee stock of POL-CAT is calculated as the three-year sales value of POL-CAT divided by the current number of employees minus the sum of all wages paid to the employee,
10. Half of the total commission earned on the sale of POL-CAT will be used to finance the development of science.
11.Employees of POL-CAT receive equal annual remuneration up to the maximum amount depending on the value of half of the yearly commission reached by an employee,
12.The POL-CAT S.A crew consists of equal numbers of women and men.
Women’s business dutifulness evolved because of the need to care for offspring neglected by men who cared only for power and sex. Therefore, in the global POL-CAT company, gender parity, and proportionality in earnings depending on efficiency will be obligatory. My last proposal is to vary the working time, depending on its performance. Those who are more productive will work shorter than less efficient in making profits. The length of working time, e.g., women, who are more efficient employees, will probably be shorter than men who are naturally lazier than women. Working time will depend on the work efficiency. It will allow women to raise their children longer and care for their family home.

My proposal to establish a global company POL-CAT aims to centralize distribution and services, leaving the free market in production. The free market in distribution and services introduces chaos and lacks the possibility of providing producers with good logistics for the supply and sale of goods and services. POL-CAT will motivate people to work with flexible and commission pay and working time to increase employees’ efficiency and responsibility. A woman working more effectively will do shorter than a man supporting a life partner her earnings to ensure independence for them. Effective employees will be able to afford a decent life. For manufacturers worldwide, POL-CAT will provide a good logistics of supply and the sale of good quality goods.
An adequate system of the global economy will emerge that will remove economic conflicts between countries.
During the economic depression, POL-CAT will be the regulator of the global economy, lowering supply prices. Still, during the prosperity of the economy, POL-CAT will increase supply prices that help to reach the balance of the global economy.

Principles of global expansion POL-CAT joint-stock company
You are probably curious how POL-CAT S.A. will lead a peaceful economic evolution according to the principles described in my work entitled Third Way between capitalism and communism?
Well, the matter is simple. Each national branch of POL-CAT will sell the most globally competitive goods produced in its home country in the POL-CAT commercial network (with a maximum margin of 10%). The national branch of POL-CAT will be an exclusive exporter to the POL-CAT network for the products of his country. At the same time, the domestic branch of POL-CAT will be the sole importer of goods from the POL-CAT network in a given country. There will be a rule that the greater the purchase of a given product, the lower the sales margin will be applied. Thus, the POL_CAT commercial network will have the cheapest offer of commercial products from all over the world. The domestic branch of POL-CAT ie., the buyer of goods from around the world will carry out the purchasing domestic products in the given country. For companies that adopt the principles of operation of enterprises described in the work The Third Way between capitalism and communism, supply prices used by POL-CAT S.A. will be the lowest, and for companies using the old forms of operation, ie the profit principle, the highest supply prices will apply, ie 40% higher than the lowest.
The domestic branch of the POL-CAT will buy the domestic products from modernly ethical companies and will sell them in the world net of POL-CAT. The Products of unethical companies will not be purchased by POL-CAT. The activity of POL-CAT will begin when we created the critical mass of POL-CAT business offer that will enable doing business. To begin with, we need a wise agreement of domestic producers in each country. POL-CAT will moderate this in every country because POL-CAT will create a producer-friendly commercial network that will increase their sales and economic safety.
In this way, ethical companies applying the principle of saving all forms of energy will be promoted on the market, and unethical companies will be eliminated step by step because they will not be competitive. The peaceful evolution of POL-CAT will capture more and more areas of the global market. Modern ethical principles will gain more and more supporters. The continuation of the peaceful evolution of our civilization will be ensured and we will achieve the goal of evolution – we will become the creators of the new world.

project entitled “Does human evolution have a purpose?” for
discussion. In my opinion this is very important for our evolution to understant
the core of conflict between male and female consciousness. Our world is based
on our natural instincts: male consciousnes fight for power and pleasure of sex
and female consciousnes fight for power to ensure survival of ofsprings. Our
contemporary world is an audience of fight between male and female instincts.
The communism was an attempt to cat this conflict and fight for power betwen
feminine and masculine world. My attempt to end this male, female principles
conflict is based on establishing POL-CAT enterprise with its principles which
in my opinion will ensure peace between genders and future peacefull
coexistence of males and females in our world.
This is my male voice in our discussion. In my life I have
experienced the results of bloody
conflict between patriarchate and matriarchate and I very well know that this
mean bloody fight of power between man and women. Both of these systems have
anvanteges and disadvantages. I think in POL-CAT system are only advanteges so
I think is possible to join male and female principles in one principle:
To have a better life in the future world we need to
establish POL-CAT global enterprise.

Discovering Our Full Potential: Resuscitating the Female

Abstract
For a new evolutionary step forward, this study suggests
humans need to learn to live from the heart and not only the mind. Here I
associate the mind with the Masculine Principle and thinking which with
learning, develops into intellect. This is contrasted with intuition which I
associate with the Female Principle and the deeper heart-mind. They are
different epistemological ways of knowing which reflect different levels of
consciousness of the Self where each way of knowing has a different origin, the
surface mind and the deeper heart-mind. Each gender can tap into both ways of
knowing but most mothers have easier access to intuitive knowing, especially
when obtaining information about the wellbeing of their children and loved
ones. Connecting with the deeper Self using heart-based meditation methods,
leads to insights about the different levels of consciousness and awakens one’s
intuitive abilities. Although intuition is attracting attention in different
scientific fields, the connection between the deeper Self and intuition still
needs to be recognized and explored by modern-day science. Different reasons
why intuition linked to the female principle has been systemically depreciated
for over two thousand years is also explored including questioning the origin
on which the Western Intellectual Tradition is said to stand. To create a more
caring, creative society, I propose that we need to resuscitate the female
principle linked to intuition by reconnecting with our feeling heart-mind.
Nevertheless, I advocate that we need both ways of knowing to unfold our full
potential. This analysis has multiple implications which I address in the
discussion.

My plan for Poland and the world is very simple – I want to enable everyone to realize their dreams of a dignified life on their own. I would like to enable the farmer, merchant, producer, clergyman and service provider to work calmly without worrying about too good quality products and services, as well as lack of concern about necessery products and loans necessary for profitable business. Let everyone take care of what they can do best and the POL-CAT ethical business and scientific platform will help him in it. POL-CAT operating principles are presented below. You got to know my views on the functioning of the world in my earlier statements. Now it’s the turn of the political and economic details of my plan. I would like to provide every local community freedom with their beliefs, freedom in shaping religion and customs as well as scientific and technological and financial support for local community economic activities. A single-tier organizational structure of the future global state will be introduced, consisting of a local spiritually and economically self-governing community and an ethical POL-CAT scientific, business and financial center supporting these self-governing local religious and economic communities.
Who will be an employee of POL-CAT?
POL-CAT will primarily employ independent scientists who will raise funds for their research by selling products and services from the POL-CAT offer. This will ensure the researchers komfort job and living. Research topics will be selected mainly from research topics needed for business development reported by POL-CAT clients. To solve the problem, the researcher will organize a team that will earn a commission on the sale of the POL-CAT offer purchased by companies ordering the study. This will ensure adequate funding for science and the right amount of time for researchers need to solve the business ordered problem. POL-CAT will sell everything except military equipment. I wonder how it will work in practice?I think that our purpose is also coninuous development of knowledge of the Universe and our world. Only gaining knowledge is curious and discovering the world. The rest is only support of continuous processes of learning. For example the last twenty years of my lifes was great (and cheap) and fascinating adventure of discovering of climatic mechanism of the Earth and human social mechanismus also. It was a great pleasure and I think usefull is the result of my research…My research was possible because I had been not doing demanding, engaging job, what given me a chance for to put big effort in my research. I would like to help the other (cheap) researchers by creating POL-CAT that will be supporting cheap research usefull for global civilisation… This is my whole plan, the implementation of which depends on you.
