Correlation of LOD changes versus El Nino-La Nina occurrences
Based on the LOD (length of day) change chart, I located all El Nino – La Nina events in the period 1962-2022. All El Nino-La Nina events occur during a periods of rapid changes in the rotational speed of the Earth. From this it follows that the weather changes associated with El Nino-La Nina events are related to changes in the rotational speed of the Earth. The rotational speed of the Earth changes in the rhythm of changes in gravity within the Solar System, which are associated with changes in the location of Solar System objects orbiting the Sun and acting on the Earth’s geophysics system.

How to govern the country???
People strive for a higher standard of living. Previously was that basking in the luxory authorities of the country, were deciding how to achieve this comfort of life. There is not to be like that.Thanks to democracy in modern societies, we see a multitude of life attitudes possible thanks to personal freedom and the observance of human rights. This is happening at a time when there is political duality in the circles of power that decides what is best for us. Whether one option or the other wins is basically irrelevant. There are so many human attitudes that it is impossible to please everyone so that they feel comfortable in society. It is necessary to build local communities within societies that agree on world views and support each of these communities in their development so that they do not feel discriminated against. Ludzie dążą do wyższego standardu życia. Wcześniej było tak, że pławiąc się w luksusie władze kraju, decydowały jak osiągnąć ten komfort życia. Tak być nie może. Dzięki demokracji we współczesnych społeczeństwach widzimy wielość postaw życiowych możliwych dzięki wolności osobistej i przestrzeganiu praw człowieka. Dzieje się to w czasie, gdy w kręgach władzy istnieje dwoistość polityczna, która decyduje o tym, co jest dla nas najlepsze. To, czy jedna opcja wygrywa, czy druga, jest w zasadzie nieistotne. Ludzkich postaw jest tak wiele, że nie sposób zadowolić wszystkich, aby czuli się dobrze w społeczeństwie. Konieczne jest budowanie społeczności lokalnych w społeczeństwach zgodnych światopoglądowo i wspieranie każdej z tych społeczności w ich rozwoju, aby nie czuły się dyskryminowane. How to raise the level of culture in the depths of the European continent?
The fact that it is not good with this level of culture is best evidenced by the attitude of countries in Eastern Europe and the current war in Ukraine.
The level of culture decreases gradually as you move away from the ocean. This law is valid everywhere in the world.
Agriculture, powered by life-giving rains, thrives near the ocean. Agricultural conditions deteriorate further into the continent. Together with a flourishing agriculture, the economy, industry, and crafts develop, and in the interior of the continent, along with agriculture, which is dying out due to lack of rain, the material conditions of the societies living there deteriorate. Where people live well (i.e. by the ocean), culture develops and the cultural needs of societies grow. In the interior of the continent, material poverty prevails and societies are oriented towards biological survival, which hinders the development of personal and social culture. In such regions, poor in material wealth, totalitarian states are developing because they ensure equality of poverty for all.
The elites of totalitarian states bask in luxury. How to change this state of affairs and spread material abundance in Eastern Europe ???
My way of solving the poverty problem in Eastern European societies is to align the wages of the Eastern European elites with the wages of their workers and to end corruption by creating a single company to supply the economy and citizens with the products and services they need. O tym, że nie jest z tym poziomem kultury najlepiej świadczy postawa społeczeństw na wschodzie Europy i obecna wojna na Ukrainie.
Poziom kultury zmniejsza się stopniowo oddalając się od oceanu. To prawo obowiązuje wszędzie na świecie.
Blisko oceanu kwitnie rolnictwo zasilane przez życiodajne deszcze. Warunki rolne pogarszają się im dalej w głąb kontynentu. W raz z kwitnącym rolnictwem rozwija się gospodarka, przemysł, rzemiosło a w głębi kontynentu wraz z zamierającym z braku deszczu rolnictwem pogarszają się warunki materialne żyjących tam społeczeństw. Tam gdzie ludzie żyją dostatnio ( czyli nad oceanem) rozwija się kultura i rosną kulturalne potrzeby społeczeństw. W głębi kontynentu panuje ubóstwo materialne i społeczeństwa nastawione są na biologiczne przetrwanie co utrudnia rozwój kultury osobistej i społecznej. W takich ubogich w bogactwa materialne rejonach rozwijają się państwa totalitarne bo zapewniają wszystkim równość niedostatku.
Elity państw totalitarnych pławią się w luksusie. Jak zmienić ten stan rzeczy i upowszechnić dostatek materialny na wschodzie Europy???
Mój sposób rozwiązania problemu ubóstwa społeczeństw wschodnioeuropejskich polega na zrównaniu płac wschodnioeuropejskich elit z poziomem płac ich pracowników oraz zlikwidowanie korupcji przez powołanie jednego przedsiębiorstwa zapewniającego zaopatrzenie gospodarki i obywateli w potrzebne produkty i usługi. Since childhood, boys play with weapons and play war, and girls pretending to be tjhe mothers play with dolls. This is probably determined by genetic and hormonal conditions and behavioral patterns from the living environment. Hence, the conclusion is that societies with a male predominance in the population will be more aggressive and war-prone than those with a female predominance. The population of Asia from China to Turkey is characterized by a predominance of young men, and Russia, as a result of malnutrition, is characterized by a predominance of women in the population. This situation results in certain consequences, such as the directions of migration of men from, for example, Central Asia, who will migrate to Russia. For Vladimir Putin and the Russian elite, aware of the threats resulting from such migrations (e.g. Islamic extremism), there is a need to direct this migration to Western Europe. Otherwise, Russia is threatened with destabilization of the internal situation resulting from the growing overpopulation. For the time being, Asian migrants are being assimilated by the Russian army, where service gives them a chance to obtain Russian citizenship. But actions are being taken to direct migrants from the drought-ridden Central Asia to the west to Europe. Last year’s influx of Asian immigrants from Belarus to Poland, or the war in Ukraine, or the opening of an airport for emigrants in the Kaliningrad region are preparations for sending emigrants from Asia to Western Europe. Western Europe does not have the capacity to accept the mass influx of migrants into its industry requiring education and skills, but it has the capacity to settle migrants on small farms in agriculture. Such a solution would be optimal for Russia and Europe because it would increase agricultural production in Europe. Certainly, the policy of the Russian elites, pushing for opening the western borders for emigration from Asia, is heading in this direction. This would require either good will on the part of the Western elites or a Russia determined to enter into a conflict with the West, seeing it as a chance to maintain its internal peace and forcing changes in European policy by force.

Zagrożenie dla Rosji
Od dzieciństwa chłopcy bawią się bronią i bawią się w wojnę, a dziewczynki udające matki bawią się lalkami. Jest to prawdopodobnie determinowane przez uwarunkowania genetyczne i hormonalne oraz wzorce zachowań ze środowiska życia. Stąd wniosek jest taki, że społeczeństwa z przewagą mężczyzn w populacji będą bardziej agresywne i skłonne do wojen niż te z przewagą kobiet. Ludność Azji od Chin po Turcję charakteryzuje się przewagą młodych mężczyzn, aw Rosji, na skutek niedożywienia, przewagą kobiet w populacji. Sytuacja ta pociąga za sobą określone konsekwencje, jak np. kierunki migracji mężczyzn np. z Azji Centralnej, którzy będą migrować do Rosji. Dla Władimira Putina i elit rosyjskich, świadomych zagrożeń wynikających z takich migracji (np. islamskiego ekstremizmu), istnieje potrzeba skierowania tej migracji do Europy Zachodniej. W przeciwnym razie Rosji grozi destabilizacja sytuacji wewnętrznej w wyniku rosnącego przeludnienia. Na razie migranci z Azji są asymilowani przez rosyjską armię, gdzie służba daje im szansę na uzyskanie rosyjskiego obywatelstwa. Podejmowane są jednak działania mające na celu skierowanie migrantów z dotkniętej suszą Azji Środkowej na zachód do Europy. Ubiegłoroczny napływ azjatyckich imigrantów z Białorusi do Polski, czy wojna na Ukrainie, czy otwarcie lotniska dla emigrantów w obwodzie kaliningradzkim to przygotowania do wysłania emigrantów z Azji do Europy Zachodniej. Europa Zachodnia nie ma możliwości przyjęcia masowego napływu migrantów do swojego przemysłu wymagającego wykształcenia i umiejętności, ale ma możliwości osiedlania migrantów w małych gospodarstwach rolnych. Takie rozwiązanie byłoby optymalne dla Rosji i Europy, ponieważ zwiększyłoby produkcję rolną w Europie. Z pewnością w tym kierunku zmierza polityka rosyjskich elit, forsujących otwarcie zachodnich granic dla emigracji z Azji. Wymagałoby to albo dobrej woli zachodnich elit, albo zdecydowanej Rosji do wejścia w konflikt z Zachodem, upatrującej w tym szansy na utrzymanie pokoju wewnętrznego i wymuszenia siłą zmian w polityce europejskiej.
Rosji, podobnie jak starożytnemu zachodniemu Rzymowi, grozi napływ barbarzyńców ze wschodu i południa. Napływ barbarzyńców ze wschodu będzie spowodowany rosnącym chłodem, a exodus z południa – narastającą suszą. Przewidziałem to 7 lat temu, kiedy pisałem esej zatytułowany „Future Earth’s Climate V” link: https://justpaste.it/4dqp4 oraz esej zatytułowany „Przyszłość Unii Europejskiej i imigrantów” -link: https://justpaste .it/3itt6 Przybywający do Rosji barbarzyńcy będą najpierw zatrudnieni w armii rosyjskiej w celu uzyskania rosyjskiego obywatelstwa. Następnie przywiozą swoje rodziny do Rosji, a te rodziny zaproszą swoje dalsze rodziny. Będzie problem, gdzie tych ludzi ulokować i będą kwaterowani na wsiach, gdzie zostaną im przydzielone ziemie i domy Rosjan. Kiedy barbarzyńcy będą bardzo liczni, zajmą wysokie stanowiska w armii, wzrośnie ich znaczenie polityczne i będą domagać się większej władzy w Rosji. W końcu przejmą stery władzy i wyeliminują rdzennych Rosjan poprzez ich marginalizację. Będzie prawie dokładnie tak, jak w zachodnim Rzymie w V wieku naszej ery. Putin i rosyjskie elity chcą uniknąć takiego scenariusza i dlatego chcą skierować napływ uchodźców z Azji na bogaty Zachód Europy. Ta wojna z Ukrainą jest po to, aby uzyskać dostęp do Morza Czarnego i portów, przez które będzie wysyłany strumień emigrantów na cały świat. To jest główny cel strategii Putina i rosyjskich elit. Jeśli chcemy uniknąć globalnej wojny nuklearnej, musimy pomóc Rosji poradzić sobie z napływem barbarzyńców. Sposób jak to zrobić opisałem w swoich książkach i artykułach w Internecie.

In other words, POL-CAT S.A (joint-stock company). guarantees by means of a notary agreement that he will not seek to take over the shares of your company. Such a guarantee will allow you to focus on improving production and offer without worrying about selling your products.

O tym, że nie jest z tym poziomem kultury najlepiej świadczy postawa społeczeństw na wschodzie Europy i obecna wojna na Ukrainie.
Poziom kultury zmniejsza się stopniowo oddalając się od oceanu. To prawo obowiązuje wszędzie na świecie.
Blisko oceanu kwitnie rolnictwo zasilane przez życiodajne deszcze. Warunki rolne pogarszają się im dalej w głąb kontynentu. W raz z kwitnącym rolnictwem rozwija się gospodarka, przemysł, rzemiosło a w głębi kontynentu wraz z zamierającym z braku deszczu rolnictwem pogarszają się warunki materialne żyjących tam społeczeństw. Tam gdzie ludzie żyją dostatnio ( czyli nad oceanem) rozwija się kultura i rosną kulturalne potrzeby społeczeństw. W głębi kontynentu panuje ubóstwo materialne i społeczeństwa nastawione są na biologiczne przetrwanie co utrudnia rozwój kultury osobistej i społecznej. W takich ubogich w bogactwa materialne rejonach rozwijają się państwa totalitarne bo zapewniają wszystkim równość niedostatku.
Elity państw totalitarnych pławią się w luksusie. Jak zmienić ten stan rzeczy i upowszechnić dostatek materialny na wschodzie Europy???

My partner was 44 years ago on October 24, 1978 at her cousin Elizabeth’s wedding. My partner remembers the unusually warm weather on the day of the wedding and reception, where guests had fun under the open sky until the morning. I looked for analogs with this year’s October and here it is. They are a mirror image of the location of Jupiter and Saturn and the same when it comes to about the linear configuration of the smaller planets. I have been observing the moons of Jupiter over the past few years, and the line of the moons was parallel to the horizon. This year, the line of Jupiter’s moons is perpendicular to the Earth’s horizon in Jakuszowice (Poland). Probably the rest of the year 2022/2023 will be similar to the weather in 1978/1979, but this is only a guess. Is it coincydence?
Jupiter strips and line of Jupiter moons change its position from parallel to the plane of the Earth’s horizont in July, August 2021 (point of obserwation Jakuszowice, Poland by small teleskop) to the perpendicullar to the plane of horizont in October 2022. Why is this happening? Jupiter will reach opposition tonight on Monday 26 September 2022, when it will be at its closest and brightest for the year, essentially creating a ‘full’ Jupiter. Jupiter goes into opposition every 13 months. Opposition of Saturn will occur about once every 378 days. Opposition is essentially the planetary equivalent of a full Moon. When a planet is close to the Earth, and on the opposite side of Earth to the Sun, we describe it as that planet being in opposition.

This year, Jupiter goes into opposition at the same time the massive planet reaches its closest approach to Earth, as it travels in its own orbit around the Sun. And, it’s the closest approach to Earth for 59 years. The reason for this is down to the shape of the orbits. As they’re not perfect circles, Earth and Jupiter will pass each other at different distances throughout the year. When Jupiter reaches opposition, the gas giant will be situated a mere 591.3 million kilometres (3.95 AU) from Earth. At the furthest point away from Earth in its orbit around the Sun, Jupiter is around 966 million kilometres distant.

Dwa tysiące lat temu żydowskie elity przyczyniły się do śmierci Jezusa Chrystusa. Powstało chrześcijaństwo, które obwiniało Żydów za śmierć Chrystusa co przyczyniło się do prześladowań Żydów w diasporze. Poprzedni pragmatyczny przywódca Egiptu Hosni Mubarak zostaje odsunięty od władzy z powodu dynastycznych pretensji Mubaraka i jego żony oraz istnienia otaczającej go łapówkarskiej kliki hamującej rozwój Egiptu.
Zarysowane powyżej problemy stanowią o dylematach każdego przywódcy w rządzeniu krajem. Na czym się oprzeć, na kim się oprzeć aby rozwijać demokrację i postęp ekonomiczno-społeczny w kraju nad którym się sprawuje władzę.
Jeżeli się oprzemy na elitach, to prędzej czy później uformuje się przy przywódcy przekupna klika zaufanych doradców, którzy faktycznie będą sprawowali władzę, którą formalnie posiada przywódca.
Jeżeli się oprzemy na masach jako populistyczni liderzy i będziemy rządzili autorytarnie to skończymy marnie jak każdy populista, który albo rozmija się z potrzebami poddanych, albo rozbudza je i nie potrafi ich zaspokoić.
Ludzie z wygodnictwa powierzają władzę w cudze ręce nie chcąc się trudzić jej sprawowaniem i potem cierpią w wyniku jej nadużycia.
Mój pomysł na rządy w Polsce polega na zmniejszeniu ilości szczebli w administrowaniu krajem. Władza bliżej uczynionego odpowiedzialnym za demokratyczną władzę obywatela i wybór lokalnych liderów-przywódców lokalnych wspólnot społeczno-religijnych. Przekazanie decyzji rozwojowych ze szczebla krajowego do lokalnych samorządnych wspólnot aby same kształtowały swoją rzeczywistość ekonomiczno-społeczną w oparciu o naukę i zasady opracowane przeze mnie w dokumentach zatytułowanym „Trzecia droga pomiędzy kapitalizmem a komunizmem” i program Partii Dekalogu-Program Rozwoju Polski. I have written a few articles about the nature of the world in which are described the fates of the characters whose outstanding science has left its mark on our present-day identity. Everything has a cause and arises from the energy of love that our ancestors give us as a gift to sustain the eternal course of events.
God from God, light from light, love is recreated in us in the wheel of time, which has various dimensions:
– individual human dimension from conception through dynamic youth and shaping character to the wisdom of maturity, because death is a transition to another dimension of the world,
– the dimension of the duration of the civilization, summing up individual experiences,
– the divine dimension which is the synthesis of all individual philosophies, i.e. the love of wisdom of all civilizations, which are ripe for the synthesis of the cosmic law allowing for a peaceful further evolution and construction of the new world.
The constant threat causes striving for knowledge, that makes us learn about our living environment in order to formulate the laws of our world for posterity.
Let us satisfy this human drive for knowledge, the realization of which we need only bread and wine, food and drink, which was indicated by Jesus Christ in his mature teaching.
The drive to learn will replace the material greed that prevails in immature civilizations, and the sharing of bread and wine will give everyone a chance to attain wisdom in an individual life. Let us share the fruits of our work and support science so that it can develop together with our global civilization, which will one day recreate our world for future generations.

O naturze świata
Napisałem kilka artykułów o naturze świata w którego losy są wpisane postaci, których znakomita nauka odcisnęła się w naszej dzisiejszej tożsamości. Wszystko ma swoją przyczynę i powstaje z energii miłości, którą przekazują nam w darze nasi przodkowie by podtrzymać wieczny bieg wydarzeń.
Bóg z Boga, światłość ze światłości, miłość odtwarza się w nas w kole czasu, który ma różne wymiary:
-jednostkowy ludzki wymiar od poczęcia przez dynamiczną młodość i kształtowanie charakteru aż do mądrości wieku dojrzałego, bo śmierć to przejście do innego wymiaru świata,
-wymiar trwania cywilizacji grupującej, sumującej doświadczenia indywidualne,
-wymiar boski stanowiący syntezę wszystkich jednostkowych filozofii tj. miłości mądrości wszystkich cywilizacji, które dojrzały do syntezy prawa kosmicznego pozwalającej na spokojną dalszą ewolucję i budowę nowego świata.
Nieustanne zagrożenie w którym żyjemy powoduje dążność do poznania, do wiedzy i każe poznawać nasze środowisko życia aby formułować prawa naszego świata dla potomnych.
Zaspokajajmy ten ludzki pęd do wiedzy do którego realizowania potrzebujemy tylko chleba i wina, pokarmu i napoju co wskazał w swojej dojrzałej nauce Jezus Chrystus.
Pęd do nauki zastąpi materialną zachłanność dominującą w niedojrzałych cywilizacjach, a dzielenie się chlebem i winem da każdemu szansę na osiągnięcie mądrości w indywidualnym życiu. Dzielmy się owocami naszej pracy i wspierajmy naukę aby mogła się rozwijać razem z naszą globalną cywilizacją, która kiedyś odtworzy nasz świat dla kolejnych pokoleń.

POL-CAT joint-stock company-the mediator between women and men
Human society consists of women fighting for the living for their offspring and men fighting for the power that gives them access to sex. The contemporary social situation consists in dividing the world into zones of a free market economy dominated by women and into zones of state ownership and the economy dominated by men. This division occurs due to the existence of property inheritance mechanisms that ensure an advantage for women in a free market economy. There is no inheritance in the state economy because everything is owned by the state, which gives males an advantage. Women commonly poison men to obtain their property, and this will continue to be the case until the mechanisms of inheritance of property change. In previous articles published on the Internet, I have described my method for solving this problem. I proposed mediation between women and men- establishing global trade and service joint-stock company POL-CAT, whose no one will inherit and no one will take over.
Global trade and service company POL-CAT S.A. under my leadership will be a mediator between the world of Western women and the world of men of the East. The gender parity in force at POL-CAT S.A., i.e. an equal number of women and men employed in this company, will allow me to play a decisive role in resolving disputes between the sexes that will arise in the course of business. I am a man, but in the process of life, I got to know the problems of men and women, and the desire for sex has died out in me. The desire for sex makes it difficult for a man to befriend a woman. I know that a compromise of interests is difficult to obtain, but I have my life partner Maria Góralska née Zawilińska as my advisor, a very wise, experienced, and educated woman who trusts me. Thanks to the principles of POL-CAT S.A. developed by me in the course of 20 years of research and the life wisdom of the company’s future employees, we will work out a compromise between the fighting genders, which will first take place in Poland and then in the rest of the world.
